in your application number correctly: b.)
Please ensure that you use the PIN sent via snail mail to your mailing address c.) For graduates, if you still encounter problem, please contact your faculty and enquire on your offer acceptance status. d.) If you have successfully log into the Calendar of Events of with your application number, please check if the slot you have selected are fully taken up.
2. I lost my application number and password.If you have forgotten or misplaced your application number or PIN number/Password, you can retrieve them via:
a.) For Undergraduate, please click on the links as below to retrieve your application number and password.
3. I want to check my appointment status / make changes / cancel my current appointment.Log in to the Calendar of Events with your Application Number> Click on View my Registration
Check the date you would like to cancel and click 'Go' to delete. ![]()

I received a # sign after I cancelled the appointmentKindly proceed to the Calendar of Events > Log in to the system with your application number > Under 'View My Registrations' > Check if the appointment has been cancelled successfully, should the appointment varies.
