Booking of Pre-admission and/or Student Pass Medical Examination

Appointment

1.       How do I change or cancel the appointment?
Please email Miss Sharon Yeo / Ms Dion Lim at sharon.yeo@nus.edu.sg / dion@nus.edu.sg to change or cancel the appointment. If payment has been made, please refer to pointer 7  for more information on getting the refund.

2.       I tried to make an appointment but the system prompted, “NRIC/FIN/Passport No is duplicated.
This is because you have clicked “submit” while registering for the medical examination appointment and a slot has been reserved for you even though no payment was made. An order acknowledgement email will be sent to you within an hour from the time the booking request was made. Kindly settle your payment by 11:59pm of the day. If no payment is made by end of the day, the slot will be released for booking on the following day you are required to book the appointment again.

3.       Which medical examination package should I select?
Standard Medical Examination

Ø  For Singaporean, permanent resident and part-time local and international student

 

Standard Medical Examination with Student Pass

Ø  For full-time international students

 

Student Pass Examination only

Ø  For non-graduating (exchange) student and all other prospective students who require student pass examination only

 

4.       As a healthcare student, do I need to make another appointment for the screening and vaccination
Please select one of the packages and make payment first in order to secure an appointment. Only one appointment is required. You can complete the screening and vaccination on the same day when you come for the pre-admission medical examination.     Payment for the additional tests / vaccinations can be made on the spot.

5.       I did not manage to make the payment. How can I pay again?
An order acknowledgement email will be sent to you within an hour from the time the booking request was made. Please click on the link provided in the email and settle your payment by 11:59pm of the day. If no payment is made by end of the day, you are required to book the appointment again on the following day.

            6.       I have selected and paid for the wrong medical examination package, how do I cancel and change the package?
            You may get the refund or top up the difference when you come for the medical examination. Please print and bring along your receipt when you come for the medical examination. Do note that the refund will take 4 – 6 weeks to process.

7.       I decided not to proceed with the medical examination, how do I cancel and get the refund?
Please bring along your receipt and proceed to the cashier to get the refund on the next working day after your medical examination appointment. Do note that the refund will take 4 – 6 weeks to process.
