UHC offers 3 types of health screening packages tailored to your specific needs.

You are welcome to make individual requests for tests not included in the packages.

For all packages, please fast at least 8 hours (i.e. overnight) prior to test. Tests are conducted in the morning (8.30am to 10am) from Mondays to Fridays. The following are the available packages:

» General Screen [HS261] -- $38
» Executive Screen [HS262] -- $63
» Comprehensive Screen [HS263] -- $150

To the above packages, you may include as optional the following:
