NUS Steps Challenge Season 5

NUS Steps Challenge is back! Together with the Health Promotion Board (HPB), we've whipped up more ways where you're able to clock steps, get healthy and earn exciting rewards at the same time!

Challenge Period: 26 October 2019 - 30 April 2020

This season, NUS will launch its first Campus Challenge in collaboration with Health Promotion Board on 3 February. The challenge was created for both staff and students of the National University of Singapore (NUS) to compete in an inter-faculty leaderboard.

Faculties will compete in both steps and moderate to vigorous physical activities (MVPA) leaderboards. Each participant's daily average step count and weekly average MVPA minutes will contribute towards the faculty/department's collective goal over the Challenge Period.

Jointly supported by the Healthy Campus Initiative, Health Promotion Board and the University Health Centre, this challenge is designed to motivate members to become healthier versions of themselves while exercising as a team.

Participate today and stand to win rewards worth up to $20,000!
