NUS STEPS CHALLENGE 2018

NUS Steps Challenge is back! Together with the Health Promotion Board (HPB), we have stepped things up this season with more ways to win and with more prizes!

To pump up the excitement this year, get rewarded for time spent on moderate to vigorous intensity physical activities (MVPA) in addition to clocking steps!

Every Step Towards A Worthy Cause

If you’re a staff, we encourage you to enroll in NUS’ Corporate Challenge. Your steps towards this Challenge will be counted collectively and winning organisations with the highest number of accumulated steps within the challenge period will have its steps converted to monthly cash rewards. These rewards will go towards a beneficiary of the University’s selection.

Not only are you walking towards a good cause, you stand chances in winning additional shopping vouchers by clocking the most steps or recording the highest MPVA minutes amongst staff.
