Mr Tan Chi Keong Roy is Head of Space Planning and Management in Office of the Vice President (Campus Infrastructure) at the National University of Singapore. Mr Tan works with the Vice President (Campus Infrastructure) in developing space planning strategies and policies to support the University's goals and objectives.

He leads his team in providing strategies in space planning matters to the various academic as well as administrative units. The team also supports the University’s objective in efficient and fair space planning. His responsibilities include overseeing the various aspects of space planning, space management, planning guidelines, space classifications and norms.

As the Head of the Space planning and Management , Mr Tan plays an integral part in the campus infrastructure team that promotes conducive and energetic environment in the University. Being the Secretariat of the SPACE (Space Planning, Allocation and Capital Evaluation) committee chaired by the NUS President, Mr Tan formulates plans and strategies in optimising space use in the campuses.

A professional in the design field, Mr Tan holds a Master of Design from The University of New South Wales. In June 2004, he joined NUS as a space planner and is the Head of the Space Planning and Management since 2008.
