SPACE Workflow

NUS Faculties, Administrative Departments, Research Institutes/Centres and Halls of Residences will be required to abide with the SPACE procedure that requires a Capital Project Request form to be submitted to SPACE Secretariat pertaining to space and/or capital funding request with the following condition:

a)  Requests for funding of renovations and other structural alterations to existing space
b)  Request for New building and related infrastructure projects
c)  Renovation project cost is above $100K
d)  Requests for additional space allocation of campus space
