- Co-chairing the accreditation committee for Engineering Accreditation Board (2004 & 2008)
- Developed new module, Innovations in Electrical and Electronics Systems that aims to develop students' ability to investigate, design and solve problems in Electrical and Electronics
- Developed new assessment methods for final year projects
- Core curriculum design for ECE programmes
- Problem assisted learning and its implementation in large class for Power electronics
- Development of breadth modules in Electrical Energy Systems and Power Electronics area
