  • Developed the "Conception to Retirement"systems approach which became a methodology for project planning and development at MINDEF
  • Contributed to the development of Singapore's Air Defence System, Command and Control Systems, and Air and Naval Bases
  • Played a significant role in the development of defence industries, Civil Defence Shelters and rock caverns in Singapore
