Professor Bernard Tan was awarded the coveted Association for Information Systems (AIS) Fellow Award at the 2011 International Conference on Information Systems in Shanghai in December 2011. The award recognises individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the Information Systems discipline in terms of research, teaching, and service and is given to those who have displayed professional and personal integrity as well as inspired both their colleagues and students.
