Focas stands for Forum on Contemporary Art and Society. The Focas series engages issues of contemporary art, politics and social changeÑprimarily but not exclusivelyÑin Singapore and Southeast Asia. Focas is dedicated to interdisciplinary, critical exchange among scholars, activists and practitioners.
