Commencement 2009 - Reminder to register online and order academic dress
Dear Graduates and Prospective Graduates,
- Commencement 2009 will be held from 6 to 17 July 2009 at the University Cultural Centre. If you have been/will be conferred your degree in the period 1 July 2008 to 30 June 2009, you are invited to participate in the Commencement ceremonies.
- Please be reminded to access the Commencement website, to register your attendance for the ceremony and also order your academic dress (if applicable) as soon as possible. The online registration system will be opened until 9 June 2009 while the online order of academic dress will only be opened until 29 May 2009, 12 noon.
- You are also advised to check the abovementioned website regularly for the up-to-date information.
- Please ignore this email if you have registered your attendance, ordered your academic dress, or if you are not graduating in the abovementioned period.
