Student EZlink Card

The Add Value Machine (AVM) provides the following services for the public:

• Revaluation of ez-link Cards
• Purchase of monthly concession passes
• Checking recent past 20 travel transactions
• Extension of concession cards

To top-up travel value or purchase of monthly concession pass, no cash is needed. The amount will be deducted from your bank account via NETS-enabled ATM cards.

Location of Add Value Machine (AVM) on Campus
Arts & Social Sciences Block 4
Old Admin Building, Level 4
(near to the Centre for English Language Communication)

The Add Value Machines (AVMs) are also situated at MRT stations, bus interchanges and selected bus stops. The AVMs operate from 12.05am to 11.45pm daily.
 
For Purchase of Monthly Concession Passes

To purchase the monthly concession pass (Bus Concession Pass / Train Concession Pass / Hybrid Concession Pass):

STEP 1
Place your Tertiary Student ez-link Card on the card reader.
 
STEP 2
Select the option .
 
STEP 3
Select the preferred "Start Date" & "Mode of Travel";

Note:
Check that you have selected the preferred start date and your choice of concession pass. After confirmation, TransitLink will not be able to refund the pass encoded.
 
STEP 4
Insert the ATM Card and enter your PIN number;


 
STEP 5
Upon NETS approval, wait for green light to appear at the Card Reader before removing your ez-link Card.


For Adding Value to the ez-link Card

To add value to the ez-link Card:

STEP 1
Place your Tertiary Student ez-link Card on the card reader.
 
STEP 2
Select the amount to be topped-up. To proceed with the transaction, please select the arrow button.
 
STEP 3
Insert the ATM Card and enter your PIN number.
 
STEP 4
Upon NETS approval, wait for green light to appear at the Card Reader before removing your ez-link Card.


For Checking of Recent Past 20 Travel Transactions

Place the ez-link Card on the card reader.
 
STEP 2
Select the option at the top right hand corner of the screen.
 
STEP 3
After viewing the past transactions, to continue, please select the option. Otherwise, you may remove your ez-link Card from the card reader.
 
For Extension of Concession Card

STEP 1
Place your Tertiary Student ez-link Card on the card reader. The card will automatically be extended. The new expiry date for the concession card will be displayed.
