Students are able to apply for their Tertiary Student ez-link Card at one of the TransitLink Card Replacement Offices listed below. The Card will be ready for collection on the same day of application from the TransitLink Card Replacement Office.

It is advisable to contact the Office of Student Affairs at 6516-1393 or the TransitLink Hotline at 1800-CALL ONE (1800-2255 663) to check your eligibility status before proceeding to the Card Replacement Offices.

A total fee of $11 will apply at the point of application. The $11 application fee comprises of the following payments:

What Documents are Required for Application?
• Original NRIC/Passport for Singapore Citizens; or
• Original NRIC/Re-entry Permit for Singapore Permanent Residents; or
• Original Passport and Foreign Student Identification Pass (FIN) for foreign students
• NUS Matriculation Card
• One recent passport-size color photograph
