Q01.

How many copies of transcripts can I apply for and how much do I need to pay?

You can apply for a maximum of 10 copies per mode of delivery per application or per institution and pay accordingly, i.e. S$5.00 (excl GST) per transcript. However, you may apply as many times as you wish.

If the transcript is required urgently (see Q02), then the cost is S$10.00 (excl GST) for the first copy and normal charge for each additional copy in the same request.

Q02.

After applying for a transcript, how long must I wait before I can obtain it?

The normal processing time is 4 working days for records from 1998 onwards and 7 working days for records prior to 1998. For those whose transcript requires 7 working days of processing time, request for express service may be made for a transcript to be issued within 4 days. The charge for express service is S$10.00 (excl GST) for the first copy.

If you require it urgently, you may proceed to Student Service Centre (SSC) to request for a transcript to be issued on the spot. The charge for express service is S$10.00 (excl GST) per copy. This on-the-spot transcript issuance service is only applicable to current undergraduates, undergraduates who have withdrawn and those who graduated from the year 1998 onwards.

You will receive an autogenerated email to confirm receipt of your transcript application and to inform you on the various processing stages of your application i.e. whether it is being processed, mailed out or ready for collection.
For current students, you may also check your application status online.
