From AY 2007/2008, you can join us as as a Non-Graduating (Exchange or Non-Exchange) student during our special term.
The Special Term comprises two parts, each of which lasts six weeks:
- Part 1 – May to June
- Part 2 – June to August

Module Selection & Enrolment
A non-graduating student is allowed to register for a maximum of two modules in each part of the Special Term. The list of modules available in each Special Term is published in good time for Modules Registration.
For more details on the class timetable (lecture, tutorial and laboratories if any), please check with the respective Faculties/Schools who offer the module.

Application Procedures
Exchange students must obtain formal approval from your home university (student exchange co-ordinator) to attend NUS. Exchange applications will only be accepted on the basis of official nominations from a partner university.

An email acknowledgement will be sent to you upon receipt of your application and supporting documents.
Fees
If you are an Exchange student, your tuition fee is waived but you are required to pay for the Student Activity & Services fee and the Health & Insurance Scheme.
If you are a Non-Exchange student, you are required to pay tuition fees as well as the Mandatory Miscellaneous Fees.

- Audited modules are charged as per table above.
- If student extends period of study to Semester 1 of the following academic year, Mandatory Miscellaneous Fees (except for Registration Fee) and Tuition Fee (if applicable) for Semester 1 shall be payable.
- Fees may be subject to revision from time to time.
