Restriction on Internet/Intranet Access of Electronic Thesis/ Dissertation

Graduated students who wish to extend the period of restricted access or to request for indefinite embargo of their thesis has to submit a request to the Head of Department, using the “Request Form for Extension of Restricted Access Option” or “Request for Indefinite Period of Restricted Access” form accordingly.

The request is subject to the support/approval of the Head, Dean and Associate Provost (Graduate Education)/Vice-Provost (Education).  Each extension request can be granted up to two years.

If the request for indefinite embargo of the thesis is approved, a hard-bound paper copy of the thesis has to be submitted to Registrar’s Office for lodging with the Central Library.
