About the speaker:
Dr Low Ee Ling is an Associate Professor of English Language & Literature and the Sub-Dean for Degree Programmes at the Foundation Programmes Office at the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University. She is also on the national committee of the Speak Good English Movement. She has published nine books on the topic of English in Singapore and is also widely published in the area of stress, rhythm and intonation in internationally refereed journal articles and international book chapters.
