Symposium Venue and Accommodation
$137 nett per room per night (inclusive of GST 7%) The Visitors Lodge is located on campus and is a short shuttle bus ride away from Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music. Double, Twin and Single rooms are available at the same room rate. Please note that on-campus accommodation is very limited. Preference will be given to early bird delegates who will be staying for the full 4 nights (29 Oct - 2 Nov). Deadline for booking Visitors Lodge accommodation: Monday 17 August 2009. If there are still rooms available after 17 August we will consider releasing them (depending on demand) for bookings of less than 4 nights.

Please note that light refreshments will be served daily from 8am at the Symposium venue. Please click here to download a booking form. All forms are to be submitted to adriana.reyne@copthornekings.com.sg Important Note: The hotel has reserved rooms for The Performer's Voice delegates until 15th October. After that date these rooms will be released and availability cannot be guaranteed. Please note that the hotel requires that bookings be guaranteed with a current credit card number and expiry date. Any bookings not guaranteed in this way will be automatically surrendered 7 days before the intended arrival date. Any no shows or rooms cancelled less than 7 days before the booking will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the quoted rate per room night cancelled or no show. 3. Other Accommodation Singapore offers a range of accommodation (in terms of location and price). Please see the Singapore Tourist Board accommodation website for more information. Getting to and from the Symposium Complimentary shuttle bus will transport delegates daily from the official symposium hotel, Copthorne King’s Hotel. Within the university campus, there is a free shuttle bus system. Getting around Singapore is cheap, efficient and easy. Taxis are convenient and cost-effective, and can be booked over the phone or hailed on the street. There is also a network of trains (MRT). Symposium Catering Coffee and light refreshments will be provided for all delegates from 8.00 am on 30 & 31 October and 1 & 2 November. A daily buffet lunch is also covered by the registration fee. For evening meals, university boasts a number of canteens, cafes, and restaurants. They offer a wide range of Asian and Western dishes ranging in price from S$3 to S$20.
