Accident/Incident Reporting System
The AIRS website has been revised to take into consideration changes in local regulations affecting the reporting of accident and incidents on campus
Please note that OSHE would be doing the initial reporting of workman compensation claims to MOM. Therefore for staff who are eligible for workman compensation, a subsequent form will be sent to you.
Office of Finance staff would subsequently follow up with staff on their medical or compensation claims.
