Accident / Incident Reporting System
A new online reporting system for incidents and accidents have been launched. All incidents and accidents except first aid cases have to be reported through the system.

Feedback on Unsafe Acts
Send us your feedback if you spot an unsafe act!
OSHE had launched a new Safety + Health Feedback website for staff and students to report and unsafe conditions or act in the university. Comments on safety and health programmes are also welcomed.
