ROADSHOW ON ONLINE PROJECT
RISK ASSESSMENT SYSTEM (OPRAS)
Occupational Safety & Health Management
Division, OSHE conducted two road shows on its newly launched on line service
for management of project risk assessments - OPRAS. The road shows were held on
21 November 2007 in LT2 (Faculty of Engineering) and LT29 (Faculty of Science).
The objectives of the road show were as follows:
- Overview of how risk assessment is part
of the SMS@NUS
- How to do an online project risk
assessment submission
- How online submissions via OPRAS would
benefit Principal Investigators
- How online risk assessments would be
reviewed by OSHE
- Migration timelines from manual to online
submissions via OPRAS
- Trial Period (22 Nov to 12 Dec
2007)
All submissions are not official and will be discarded at the end of trial
period
- System ready to be used (17 Dec
2007)
All Project Risk Assessments must be submitted through OPRAS.
Manual submissions will not be entertained
