Mass Replacement of Tertiary Student ez-link Card

1. Please come personally with your current concession card for exchange.
2. Please bring your NRIC/Passport for verification purpose.
3. Your current card will be retained at the point of card exchange and any monetary value will be transferred to your new concession card.
4. Please top-up your current card with the minimum top-up value of $10 before exchanging for a new card. Top-up service will not be provided at the card exchange counter. You may top-up your cards at the General Ticketing Machines, Add Value Machines and Passenger Service Centres.
5. Please inform the card replacement officer that you have lost your card. You will still receive your new concession card, but will need to activate it at any TransitLink Ticket Office.
6. At the Ticket Office, you will need to pay $28 to replace and top-up your new concession card (i.e. $18 for the lost/replacement fee and $10 which is the minimum top-up value for the tertiary concession card).
7. Please inform the card replacement officer that you have auto top-up facilities on your card. You will be given your new concession card, but will need to activate it at any TransitLink Ticket Office.
8. At the Ticket Office, your current card will be retained and the auto top-up facility on the card will be discountinued. The balance on your old card will be transferred to your new card or to the designated-linked bank/credit card bank account subject to the terms and conditions* of the card.
[*Deactivation of GIRO/Creidt Card Link will be approved only if there is no outstanding amount due to TransitLink/EZ-Link or the request is made more than four days from your last auto top-up. Should the deactivation be approved, the card will be immediately refunded and the remaining balance will be transferred to the new card. Otherwise, the refund will be via your designated bank/credit card account.]
9. As a precaution, please ensure a minimum top-up value $10.
10. If you wish to continue using the auto top-up facility, you are advised to exchange your current card when the auto top-up facilities for the new card are available.
11. Please reapply for the auto top-up facility after activating your new card.
