NUS SPORTS AWARDS 2012
Introduction
The NUS Sports Awards are presented annually to deserving students who have attained outstanding sporting achievements and contributed significantly towards NUS sports. Some awards require students to excel in both NUS sports and academic studies.
All applicants for the NUS Sports Awards must have passed their exams with a minimum CAP of 2.0 or equivalent for AY11/12.
Only athletes of NUS Varsity Sports Teams are eligible to apply. Please refer below for a complete list of AY11/12 NUS Varsity Sports Teams.

NUS invites students who are eligible and meet the predetermined criteria to apply for the NUS Sports Awards.
Application Procedure
All required information must be type-written on the prescribed applications forms and submitted via email to your respective Sports Officers by 15 July 2012. Late or incomplete submissions will not be considered.
The period under review for each year shall be from 1st August to 31st July.
Selection Panel
The Selection Panel comprising the Dean of Students, Deputy Director of Student Life & Development and Head of Sports & Recreation shall be formed to ensure objectivity in the process and endorsement of applications.
The decision of the Selection Panel shall be final and all selection proceedings will be confidential.
