Kendo

Team Info/News
Kendo stands for the way of the sword. The concept of kendo is the way to discipline the human character through application of principles of the Katana (Japanese sword). If you are looking for a way to challenge yourself physically and mentally, do head down to the Multi Purpose Sports Hall 6 on Monday or Friday evenings to take a look at our training sessions. We will be happy to answer any questions regarding kendo and to give you a better idea of what kendo is.
