The present NUS Floorball Team consists of 30 undergrads as well as a number of experienced alumni players.
We are looking to take in about 10 - 12 freshmen for the upcoming 07/08 season. (Especially new Goalkeepers) Freshmen who are interested in joining the team are required to attend trial sessions to be held in late July / early August.

NUS Floorball continually strive for the best, yet inject the fun element in training sessions. With a strong spirit of camaraderie in the teams, we train hard and work hard. Team NUS Floorball warmly welcome freshies to join our closely knitted floorball family.
Floorball is a fast-paced game played indoors, in 3 periods of 20 minutes each. Hence, there would not be any interruptions to the game come rain or shine. Being easy to master and less dangerous than its counterpart ~ hockey, floorball is quickly gaining widespread popularity in Singapore as evidenced by the A, B, and C Division Competitions in recent years. It is a game which many people are picking up either as a competitive or recreational Sport of late.
Team Info/News The NUS Ladies' Floorball Team has come a long way since 1999. Starting out with only 15 players then, the team has been growing and evolving constantly. What have never changed are our passion for the sport and the team’s undying spirit.
Over the past few years, we have achieved results and gained valuable experience in various competitions, which helped bring our play to a higher level.
The present team consists of more than 30 players including experienced alumni players. The team trains twice a week and is involved in several competitions.
We take part in the Pesta Sukan (Sept), NTU Invitational Floorball Spree (Dec), IVP Competition (Jan) and the Singapore Floorball League (Jan – early Apr).
We aim to promote and create more awareness of the sport and at the same time, create good will, through other events (Tenses Floorball). We welcome interested individuals to participate in our trials and join our big floorball family!

Floorball has attained quick popularity among students. The NUS Floorball Team has established itself in the local floorball scene during these years. We are continuously improving ourselves through trainings and also by engaging in as many friendly matches as possible to expose our players to different levels of play.
Although the team has new faces joining us every year, the spirit of the team and passion for the sport, have remained strong.
Learning and playing together is part and parcel of being teamNUS. It is a memorable experience that one can look back at and feel warm at heart. We look forward to welcoming others in joining in this unique experience.
