03 New Capoeira Beginners Class
by Faizal (NUS Capoeira)
If you've ever seen the fanciful, flowing movements of capoeira and wondered if you could do it too, now's your chance to try it out!

Starting from recess week, NUS Capoeira will hold a beginners class for people totally new to the sport. No prior experience is necessary - just come with your sports attire and an open mind. The class will focus on the basic Capoeira movements and you will learn the ginga, esquivas (dodges) and some basic kicks. At the end, you will get a chance to use what you've learnt in the roda where a game of Capoeira is played.

Classes will be held on Mondays, 7pm-9pm at MPSH 4. Registration is open until 12th Oct and a $10 registration fee applies.

Do visit our blog at http://www.nuscapoeira.blogspot.com to find out more about Capoeira.

You can also email us at capoeira.nus@gmail.com if you need more information.

We look forward to seeing you!
