1. What is this SEA Fund about?
The SEA Fund is set up to provide funding to support student individual or group project that meets OSA’s objectives of innovation, entrepreneurship and community service. This fund seeks to encourage students who are not involved with CCA groups but have interesting ideas that will promote vibrancy in the community.

2. What can the SEA Fund be used to for?
The SEA Fund to fund projects which seek to promote:
- innovation;
- entrepreneurship;
- service to the community
3. Who is eligible for the SEA Fund?
All NUS undergraduates and graduate students. Extra consideration would be given to:
- students that do not belong any particular club, society or interest group;
- teams that consists of students from different faculty and area of study.
4. What are the evaluation criteria?
The proposed projects would be evaluated based on the criteria listed in the table attached in Annex A of the application form.

5. How would the SEA Fund be disbursed?
Based on reimbursement of the agreed amount only.

6. What are the Terms and Conditions?
Applicants of the fund shall abide by the following terms and conditions:
a. All the details of the approved proposal should be adhered to. OSA’s approval must be sought for any further amendments. b. The application must include an NUS staff advisor – please refer to Annex B for more information. c. An evaluation report (appended in Annex C) must be submitted to OSA within 1 month upon the completion date. The following projects are not applicable for funding:
- Orientation/ Social Camps
- Youth Expedition Projects
- Social events/ activities that cater only to the members of the student group(s)
- Mentoring programmes
- Welcome Teas
- Final Year Projects
- Bazaars

7. What is the quantum of the SEA Fund?
The SEA Fund is capped at a maximum of S$2,000 per proposal. OSA reserves the right to decide on the final quantum of funding on a case-by-case basis.
