Singapore has four main ethnic groups -- Chinese, Malays, Indians and Eurasians and each ethnic group has its own festival celebrations. International students will have opportunities to showcase their festival celebrations together with the local students. This fosters cross-cultural understanding and allows students to appreciate how the same festival could be celebrated differently in different countries.
