Arrival Checklist 01. Complete the Disembarkation/Embarkation (D/E) Form and present this with your passport and the original copy of your Student's Pass Approval Letter (applicable for those who require a VISA to enter Singapore) to the immigration officers. Please retain the D/E Form as it is required for the Student's Pass application. 02. Change your money at the currency exchange counters at Changi Airport if necessary. 03. If you require urgent overnight accommodation, you may book a room at the Singapore Hotel's Association Reservation Counter in the Arrival Hall of the Airport. 04. Proceed to take a taxi, bus or the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) train to your assigned Student Accommodation or your own arranged accommodation. 05. Check into your student residence during office hours (or as previously arranged). Please informed your confirmed student residence at least 7 days prior to your arrival. 06. Attend the International Student Orientation where you will be able to meet new friends, have a chance to get over any jet-lag and above all, by sharing expectations, anxieties and experiences, begin to prepare physically and emotionally for the commencement of classes. 07. Open a bank account, finalise the Tuition Fee Loan (if pending), and all other necessary matters. 08. After registration, you may then apply for your Student's Pass at the Registration Centre. 09.
