	Immigration Student's Pass Information Application Renewal Change of Address / Particulars Loss of Student's Pass or Disembarkation / Embarkation Card Collection of Student's Pass Extension of Stay Cancellation of Student's Pass Dependant's Pass Social Visit Pass for Spouse Loss of Passport Location of Immigration & Checkpoints Authority				Application Documents required for application • A copy of In-Principle Approval Letter (endorsed with the NUS stamp) • Passport with a valid Social Visit Pass. • A copy of the passport particulars page must be submitted • Disembarkation / Embarkation card (IMM27) • The print-out of eForm16 submitted through SOLAR (duly signed by the applicant). • One recent passport-size photo (taken on a white background) •Medical report, X-ray and HIV report (must be written in English and endorsed by the reviewing doctor). The laboratory reports must not be more than three months from the date of issue. The medical report is only required for studies of more than 6 months • Students are encouraged to do their medical report in their home country and bring it to Singapore for submission • Letter on award of scholarship and waiver of Student's Pass fee (applicable only to certain undergraduate scholarships) Important Foreigners holding travel documents issued by the certain countries will require a Visa to enter Singapore.
