We have worked with EM Services (a private hostel operator) to prioritize allocation of 7 hostel blocks at yoHA@ Commonwealth Drive for full-time NUS students. The student hostel is located within walking distance of Commonwealth MRT Station and amenities such as food centres, supermarkets and a variety of shops are within the vicinity.
The hostel consists of 102 units with each unit able to accommodate up to 4 students on twin-sharing basis. The rooms are fully air-conditioned and equipped with free wireless internet access. Each unit has a living room, kitchen, toilet/shower, study tables/chairs, sofa set, coffee table, dining table and chairs.

3. Exit the MRT station and proceed towards Tanglin Halt (behind Faith Methodist Church)
4. Walk towards Blk 50 and continue down Commonwealth Drive until you reach Blk 72

SHUTTLE SERVICE
A free bus shuttle service will be provided to between yo:HA@ Commonwealth Hostel and NUS Central Library commencing from
3 August - 4 December 2009 excluding weekends and public holidays.
There is
no shuttle service during Vacation period.

Travelling time between destinations is estimated to be around 15 minutes and is subject to traffic conditions. Only NUS students who are residents of yoHA@Commonwealth Drive hostel may use this free shuttle service.
