ADVANCE RENTAL PAYMENT
Freshmen allocated to Halls (except for Raffles Hall) are required to pay an advance non-refundable rental of $450 at the start of the Academic Year.
PENALTY (NEW POLICY)
Senior Undergraduate students allocated to Residences (KFH, RVR,
PGPR) will no longer be required to pay an advance rental of $200 to
secure their reservation. Instead, a cancellation fee of $200 will
be billed to successful students who fail to check-in within the
stipulated time-frame. Penalty charges for early check out are:-
