The Off-Campus Accommodation System (OCAS) is a free online database system provided to facilitate NUS students and staff in their search for a suitable accommodation in the private rental market.

OCAS is open to homeowners/ companies and housing agents who are willing to offer their service gratis with no commission imposed. OSA will remove any rental postings where commission is charged. To report such postings, please click here.

Online access to view rental postings in OCAS is granted to NUS students and staff only. Alternatively, you may refer to contacts for Long-Term Private Accommodation.

Any agreement signed between a student and homeowner/company is deemed to be a private arrangement between the two parties. NUS is unable to mediate in the event of a dispute.
