King Edward VII Hall
Straddling the slope of Kent Ridge, KEVII Hall overlooks Prince George’s Park. Although it was built on Kent Ridge campus in 1987, it is a fact the oldest Hall in Singapore, with a rich history and tradition dating back to 1957. The Hall which has 350 well-designed single rooms can accommodate 470 residents. Upgrading of the Halls is currently underway.

Two meals a day (breakfast and dinner) are provided and dining is in a large Dinning Hall.

There is a wide spectrum of sports and cultural activities in the Hall. Facilities include two tennis courts, two glass-walled squash courts, a well-equipped gymnasium/weights room, air-conditioned recreation room with two billiard tables, carom boards, dartboards, table-tennis tables, arcade machines, a basketball court, and two badminton courts.

The hall has an auditorium equipped with lighting and sound facilities for cultural extravaganzas, a Yamaha grand piano, a band room, and a full-mirrored and air-conditioned dance room.

KEVII offers two air-conditioned reading rooms, and most importantly, an environment conducive for study. The air-conditioned computer room is furnished with 25 computers and a laserjet printer. All Faculties are within reach of the Hall either via covered walkways or an internal bus shuttle. In addition, SBS Transit Service 200, which stops outside the Hall, provides easy access to Buona Vista MRT Station.
