Eusoff Hall is located near the Faculties of Arts and Social Sciences, Engineering and Law and the School of Business, Design and Environment. The internal bus service provides a convenient link to other faculties. The Hall is also accessible to external bus services and food outlets.

Eusoff Hall has 345 single room and 70 double bedrooms in five low-rise residential blocks. The rooms are well designed with individual telephone and networking points, through which residents can access the Universitys computer network and the Internet. Communal facilities in each block include an air-conditioned lounge with TV, hi-fi and VCD player, dining cum kitchenette with refrigerator, hot/cold water dispenser, microwave and cooking facilities, a laundry room with washing machines, dryers and ironing facilities, and two BBQ pits. The newly renovated toilets and hot water shower facilities are located conveniently on each floor.

Linked to the five residential blocks is the communal hall, which houses the administration office, reading room, computer room equipped with personal computers, laser printers and scanners, dining hall, function hall with stage, music room with a wide range of musical instruments, billiard room, dance studio, and a well equipped gymnasium. All common rooms are air-conditioned including the reading room. For the sports enthusiasts, there are tennis and squash courts, as well as a multi purpose court for basketball, netball, volleyball, handball and sepak takraw.

In addition to its convenient location and well-equipped facilities, the Hall provides opportunities for residents to participate in many co-curricular activities and to develop their leadership potential.
