TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.	Hostel fees for yo:HA@190 Boon Lay, yo:HA@Commonwealth, GSA are non-refundable upon early termination.
2.	yo:HA@190 Boon Lay and yo:HA@Commonwealth Drive rooms offered are on twin-sharing basis with a maximum of 4 students per unit.
3.	Request for a single room at yo:HA@190 Boon Lay and yo:HA@Commonwealth Drive is subject to availability and the hostel rates will be double the quoted amount stated above.
4.	$100.00 utilities cap/ month/ unit for yo:HA@190 Boon Lay and yo:HA@Commonwealth Drive hostels. Students in same unit co-share utilities bills exceeding cap.
5.	$107.00 Admin fee payable for yo:HA@190 Boon Lay and yo:HA@Commonwealth Drive on cash terms basis only to EM Services during check-in. (Amount inclusive of GST).
6.	Each application will be charged a non-refundable application fee of $16.05 (inclusive GST). Applicants who had accepted the offer of an NUS accommodation will be requested to pay the fee together with their hostel fees. All other applicants are required to make payment at the Student Service Centre by the end of the first week of the coming semester. Please make payment only after the release of the application results.

Please mail or courier the copy of bank draft to: National University of Singapore Residential Services, Office of Student Affairs, Yusof Ishak House, Level 3, 31 Lower Kent Ridge Road, Singapore 119078 1. Indicate your name and matriculation no. behind the bank draft. 2. All related bank charges (including local bank charges if any) will be borne by you. 3. You need to inform us the payment details of your bank draft via email. 2.
