Priority for NUS leased and owned accommodation will be given to full-time International Graduate students registered with the National University of Singapore.

1.	Students must read and adhere to the Code of Student Conduct, University’s Administrative Policies, and Housing Agreement (a copy is given to all Residents at check-in) during their stay in a NUS student accommodation.
2.	Students who are no longer full-time status (e.g. on Leave of Absence, part-time, submitted thesis, withdrew and graduated) are not eligible to stay in NUS student accommodation and will be given 7 days notice to vacate their rooms. As demand usually exceeds supply, students are offered University accommodation on a semester basis, subject to availability.
3.	Full-time Local (Singaporean and Singapore PR) Graduate students applying for NUS leased or owned accommodation will be accorded lower priority.
4.	OSA has consulted with the NUS Graduate Student Society regarding the allocation of apartments at the Graduate Student Apartments at Prince George's Park Residences. The following criteria would be used in decisions pertaining to housing allocations:- • Married students who are accompanied by their spouse and/or children will be given priority over single students as the GSA apartments are designed to cater to small families. • Priority will be given to newly arriving graduate students to facilitate their initial adjustments to the living environment in Singapore and the NUS Campus. • Graduate students who are completing their candidatures within the following semester will be given priority in view of the fact that most private accommodation would require a minimum of six month’s commitment.
5.	For married couples where both are full-time NUS students, only application for one spouse will be taken into consideration.
6.	For NUS leased accommodation, yo:HA@Commonwealth and yo:HA@190 Boon Lay, allocation will be based on random selection if the number of applicants exceeds the vacancies available.
7.	Students with outstanding application fee/hostel fees will not be allocated accommodation.
