Students with Special Needs
Some rooms have been designed specifically for students with special needs. If you have special needs due to a disability, you should indicate them clearly in your application form so that we can allocate the most appropriate room available.

STUDENT RETURNING FROM LEAVE of ABSENCE

The Office of Student Affairs will re-assess the hostel applications of students returning from Leave of Absence. Please click here to download the Consent Form for Support of Student's Appeal for On-Campus Housing. Do note that the consent form serves only as a reference for student appeal and the there is no guarantee of student housing.

Please bring along the Consent Form when you visit our University Health, Wellness and Counselling Centre for your medical appointment.

MEAL ARRANGEMENTS

In certain Hall of Residence, we are able to cater for vegetarians, those with special diets for medical reasons (e.g. diabetes) and those who avoid certain meats on religious grounds. Unfortunately we can’t cater for individual likes or dislikes. If you are very specific about the kind of food you like to eat, you may be better suited to self-catering accommodation.
