Students from various countries and culture converge to study at our University. Mutual communal respect is thus required when you live in NUS Student Accommodation. Students must be aware and respect the different social and local etiquettes.

All Residents must adhere to the following rules and regulations:-

1.	Read and adhere to the Code of Student Conduct, University’s Administrative Policies, and Housing Agreement (a copy is given to all Residents at check-in) during their stay in a NUS student accommodation.
2.	Only full-time NUS students are eligible to stay in NUS student accommodations. It is the students' responsibility to report to us any changes in their student status. To report unauthorised occupants, please click here to email us.
3.	Residents must be familiar with the Fire Emergency Plan and keep all escape routes clear of obstructions.
