Accommodation Policy

Our undergraduate student accommodation is for the exclusive occupancy of full-time undergraduate students registered with the National University of Singapore.

• International freshmen who apply are guaranteed student accommodation for their first two years of study.

• Local freshmen applying to the Halls of Residence will be allocated an accommodation based on availability and their history of Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) during their pre-university days.

• Local and international students from their second and third year of study respectively, would need to compete for their stay in a student accommodation of their choice. The allocation would be based on their CCA points earned through participation in various University activities.
