Ridge View Residences (RVR) sits on a prime location along Lower Kent Ridge Road, adjacent to the Sports and Recreation Centre, Yusof Ishak House (Students Activities hub area) and the University Hall. RVR offers convenience and easy access to the sports and recreational facilities, the University Health and Wellness Centre, the Office of Student Affairs, and the Kent Ridge Post Office.
The residences consist of a 8-storey tower block and 5 walk-up blocks comprising 593 single-occupancy rooms and 72 double-occupancy rooms. All rooms are installed with telephone points, computer network (Plug and Play) points, and radio antenna points.
On top of that, rooms in tower block are installed with TV points.
The kitchenettes are equipped with basic appliances such as refrigerator, microwave oven and a stove for cooking light meals. The common lounges located in each block facilitates for social interactions amongst its residents. |
