Resident Assistant Application

Thank you for your interest in the Resident Assistant position.
We are accepting graduates’ applications for AY2011/2012 now.



What do Resident Assistants do?
Position responsibilities include:
• Provide support and assistance to residents, addressing their concerns;
• Build and maintain a healthy and vibrant residential community; and
• Uphold housing guidelines within the residential community.


Who is an ideal candidate?
• Genuinely interested in the welfare of students and is committed to helping others;
• Can set a positive environment in the assigned residence;
• Is friendly and sociable;
• Able to multi-task and work confidently without constant supervision;
• Preferably to have spent at least one semester in the student residences; and
• Full time student with a minimum Cumulative Average Point (CAP) of 3.0 (to ensure that student is able to maintain work-life study balance).
