 The Online Facility Booking System allows student organisations on campus to check the availability and reserve the venues to hold activities such as bazaar, event publicity, recruitment drive etc. This system is accessible 24 hours a day. Students can also ascertain the availability of venues to mount publicity banners or balloons through this system. The system allows students to reserve a venue without the hassle of going to the relevant office(s) during office hours. At the point of reservation, the student organisation has to attach a proposal or write-up of their activity for OSA's approval before getting clearance to use the venue. Independent NUS student groups who have no access to the Online Facility Booking System can obtain the booking forms from OSA. Click on the link to log onto the Online Facility Booking System. How Does The System Work? If you are a new user, please download the User Guide for guidelines on accessing the system. OSA Administered Location Guide We hope that this location guide will give you a better idea on where our venues are. Under the OSA Administered venues, we have the following venues: • CENTRAL LIBRARY FORUM The Central Library Forum is the area in front of the NUS Co-Ops Forum. Click here for the floor map of forum. Please note that tables and chairs are not provided at this venue. Users have to source for their own tables and chairs. Refer to the Term Contractors for the companies that offers rental of chairs, tables and other event equipments etc. • CENTRAL LIBRARY LEVEL 4 WALKWAY The Central Library level 4 walkway has 5 table-benches (3 on the right and 2 on the left) which are ideal for “non-bazaar activities” such as registration, sale of tickets, recruitment drive, publicity etc. Click here for the location of the table-benches. • LT 27 Science FOYER The LT 27 Science foyer (Bench 1, 2 & 3) is inclusive of the foyers of LT 28 & 29. If you are planning for an event such as bazaar that requires the entire space of the foyer, please book all the 3 benches on the Online Facility Booking System. Click here for the location of the table-benches. • LT 26 FOYER The LT 26 foyer has one table-bench which is ideal for “non-bazaar activities” such as registration, sale of tickets, recruitment drive, publicity etc. |
