*YIH Facilities are only available to NUS Student Groups (eg: NUSSU / Student Faculty Clubs / Registered Student Societies / Interest Groups) and NUS Staff.  Bookings made by students in their own personal capacity are not allowed*

Booking of YIH facilities may be made 2 months prior to the event / activity.  Bookings made less than 7 calendar days to the actual date will not be accepted. Bookings are subjected to OSA’s approval of activities / events and availability on the required date and time.

Please download and complete the form (Booking Form for use of YIH Facilities) and email it back to osafacilities@nus.edu.sg

*Discussion Rooms 1, 2, 3 and Committee Room 2 are currently not available for booking until 31 August 2009.

An email-notification will be sent to you, informing of the outcome of the booking.  Print 3 copies of the email and proceed to the Student Service Centre (Yusof Ishak House Level 1) for payment.

01 copy of the email, acknowledged with the payment details will be returned to you.  The other 2 copies will be sent to the Office of Finance and OSA Facilities Section for processing.

*Phone and walk-in bookings are not allowed; however, you may call 6516 2377 to enquire on the availability of the YIH Facilities*

Booking of Lecture Theatres (in the Faculties of Science, Medicine and Business) through OSA must be made at least 7 calendar days in advance.

For Lecture Theatres at the Faculty of Engineering (FoE), bookings will have to be made directly at the FoE Dean's Office.
