Overseas student enrichment programmes and student leadership forums have been an increasingly important vehicle for NUS students and their counterparts from around the world to analyse, dissect and formulate solutions for a world relentlessly tossed and shaped by drastic events.

International student forums such as Student Leadership Conference, World Student Tourism Summit, Asia Pacific Student Leader Workshop (ASPIRE), Delta Forum, East Asian Common Space Youth ForumSt Gallen’s International Students’ SymposiumHitachi Young Leaders’ InitiativeInternational Student Festival in Trondheim, Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations, Asia-Europe Conference of Student Union Leaders, Asian University Students’ Meeting and Global Village for Future Leaders offer a timely avenue for students to draw upon mutual resources, views and  experiences in conceiving possibilities of alleviating the myriad predicaments faced by the world today.

These programmes equip them with knowledge and skills to contribute effectively as global citizens.
