Work Improvement Teams
Innovation & Quality Teams, or IQ Teams for short, have been dynamic agents of change in NUS for more than a decade. When OQM transformed the dormant Work Improvement Teams programme into IQ Teams in 2004, we made it possible for individuals and teams to work together- even across office boundaries- and produce both quality and innovation in their offices and laboratories.
The IQ Teams movement extends well beyond simple projects, into platforms both national, like the National Innovation and Quality Control Circles (NIQC) convention; and international, like International Convention for Quality Control Circles (ICQCC). From 2012, IQ Teams also have opportunities to participate in the Learning Institutions Quality Conference (LIQC).
