Quality Service Management

 

NUS is part of the national effort to raise the standard of customer service. To support this, OQM serves as the university's Quality Service Manager (QSM). We work closely with the Public Service Division, statutory boards, government ministries and the wider community to drive service quality. Together with departmental QSMs, who are stationed at every faculty and major office in NUS, we aspire to enhance the student experience through best-in-class customer service.
