The Office of Quality Management (OQM) consists of my secretary, and a small but multi-disciplined team of consultants. Together, we serve the NUS community in myriad ways. Whether it is empowering employees through the staff suggestions scheme and work improvement teams, or promoting good customer service through NUS Quality Service Award and NUS Service Class, we have never forgotten our responsibility to uplift the university's culture of administrative excellence.
Because OQM administers such a wide variety of programmes, awards and initiatives, I have had the privilege to meet and work with hundreds of amazing teams, offices and individuals. Their relentless commitment and fiery passion never fail to make me humble. It has been a thrilling journey, and together with my team, I am confident that the path that lies ahead of us is going to be even more exciting.
