The Prince George’s Park Residences (PGPR) is located on the eastern end of the Kent Ridge Campus and is within close proximity to Science Park and Kent Ridge MRT Station.

PGPR is a self-contained student housing estate with an apartment-style living arrangement. Catering to undergraduates as well as graduates, PGPR is designed to maximise the potential for interaction amongst its residents. The single rooms are grouped into clusters of 15, and every resident in the cluster is entrusted with collective responsibility for shared facilities such as a kitchen, dining area, and bathroom facilities.

Ample room to study and socialize

All students residing at PGPR have their own rooms to study quietly and common facilities that create opportunities to socialise abundantly.

PGPR also houses an auditorium, seminar rooms, a multi-purpose hall, gymnasium, basketball and tennis courts, a jogging track, an exercise station, mini-supermarket, four food outlets and other service outlets. Distributed throughout the whole residences, are air-conditioned lounges, television rooms, meetings and reading rooms. PGPR is conveniently accessible to schools and other key facilities on campus via shuttle service.

Fully Furnished Rooms

As with all of our residences, your room at PGPR comes fully furnished with beds, desks, and wardrobes that maximize living space. Points for personal telephone, television and computer linkage to the university’s network and the Internet, are provided in every room. Whether you prefer an air-conditioned room or fan provided room, your comfort is our priority. Each cluster of apartments comes with a set of common bathrooms, which is ample and spacious.

Internal shuttle service A1 and A2 shuttles within the Kent Ridge Campus, while BTC bus service shuttles between Bukit Timah Campus and Kent Ridge Campus.
